Build Journal

This journal tracks progress on the Forest Run property, including the icosahedron house and sauna.

Update Format

Each update includes:

  • Date and build phase
  • What changed since the previous update
  • Challenges encountered and decisions made
  • 5 to 20 curated photos

Photo Strategy

To keep the repository fast and manageable:

  • Upload full-resolution originals to external object storage (for example: Cloudflare R2, Backblaze B2, or S3)
  • Link those external albums from each update
  • Keep only selected web-optimized images on this site
